simple concept but not updated - BEWARE!

I regret paying $ for this app prior to reading reviews. I get no notifications. Link to support page goes to no mans land. I liked it for its simplicity.

Please respond to this post or will be looking for my $ back and complain to Apple.

UPDATE: I was finally able to get notifications to work. It took one or all of the following:
1) waiting until the next day
2) cycling the notifications button
3) changing the notification type to alerts
4) rebooting the device

I am satisfied with the app although feel for it not being updated or supported the $3 price I paid is not worth it.
